1, 2, 3, 4B, 5, 5B, 6, 7, 7A, 8, 9, 10, 17Apr 16 - May 1Bounded on the north, south and west by state lines, excluding Zone 1A. In the southwest, bounded by the Little and Red Rivers until the Red meets AR-82, then west to AR-29 and south to the state line. In the northeast, bounded by the Current River, then the Black river southwest to Newport. From there it follows US-67 SE to Little Rock, then AR-15 SW to US-79, then NW to US-165, then south and east to AR-130, then north to AR-33, north to I-40, then east to Brinkley. From Brinkley, SW on AR-302 to AR-86, SW to AR-17, NE on AR-1, then AR-316 until AR-318, then south to AR-20, then east and north to Helena. From Helena, US-49 west to AR-1, then north to US-79, then NE to I-40 and east to the Mississippi River. The boundary follows the river and the state line north to the AR-MO-TN junction point. Zone 5 resides within a line from US-62 at Collins SW to US-49, then to Jonesboro, then north and west on US-63, then NE on AR-228 to AR-141, then to US-62, then via AR-139 to the state line.
